About this service: Full concept design gives you the flexibility to extend the Individual styling. With this service you will not only receive customised decorations, but the full wedding concept with every part of the event executed in your chosen concept: starting from decorations and ending with food and beverage options. We will ensure that even The Seven Agency wedding team are also dressed to look in line with your wedding concept!
How it works: As soon as you decide that the Full concept design is the one for you, you will be required to pay the full amount ($499) for this service in advance. Important: this amount will be fully deducted from total price of your wedding package and will be refunded to you during pre-wedding meeting. Therefore, professional Full concept design service will be cost-free for you!
After that, within one working day, you will be contacted by one of our Head Stylists to discuss your concept. To start off you will be asked to fill out a form which will help us understand your initial ideas about your future wedding concept. After that, we will discuss the finer details: styles, the exact number of inclusions, materials and prices for each item. Lastly you will receive a complete presentation with the full concept design that will be executed on your wedding day.

This amount will be fully deducted from total price of your wedding package and will be refunded to you during pre-wedding meeting.
Full concept design can be executed only in line with the structure that can be seen above.
After you fill out the forms, you will be sent an initial full concept design for review. Once you confirm the style you like and it has been agreed upon, unfortunately the agreed style can not be changed unless you order it again. For example, you have decided to go with “Arabian Nights Theme” which will mean that the style for all your decorations, music, food, attire for the team, wedding invitations etc will be match the same theming. Once you confirm, it can not be changed into, for example, “Renaissance Revival Theme“ concept style as the order has already been placed.
Minor customisations can however be made unlimited times. For example, with the chosen “Arabian nights” concept you will be free to exchange arabian food into seafood BBQ catering.
