Lagoon wedding

The Maldives undisputedly has one of the best and the most turquoise oceans in the entire world. The tropical reefs and lagoons are world famous; now just imagine that your wedding decorations and candlelight dinner table will be set up just in the water, in a beautiful sapphire lagoon. The ocean there is still and really blue, like you probably dreamt of. Sometimes you may even have sharks as your wedding guests! Please don’t be alarmed if this happens as they are very small reef sharks and not dangerous, especially for the newlyweds.

The lagoon wedding venue is on a local island but, as usual from The Seven Agency, total privacy is guaranteed. Within 100 meters of your wedding or dinner, there will be no one except you, your guests and our team. After this fairytale is done, you can come back to your resort or stay overnight in one of the local hotels or guesthouses that range from really budget to five star luxury.

Daytime is best for Maldivian lagoon weddings as well as beach wedding ceremonies, or pre-wedding photo sessions. Mid afternoon is best as the photos and videos taken during this time will be fantastic quality and will be with you forever!
